Movement is where the unspoken becomes true.

Every rhythm your body carries is a story.
Every gesture is a memory returning home.
Here, dance is not performance — it’s permission.
A quiet rebellion against every moment you made yourself small.
A soft, cinematic awakening of the woman you were always meant to be.

Coffee cups, open books, city lights and quiet corners. A small November gallery of moments that felt like underlined sentences.

Coffee-losophy Dates @Hemingway’s

Books. Coffee. Human mess. The perfect triangle of survival — and art.

They say a true friend is someone who knows how you take your coffee. At Hemingway’s, we take it one sip deeper.

Here, between jazz notes and open books, we invite old souls and curious minds to sit, sip, and speak the kind of truths that only appear between the second and third cup.

No filters, no rehearsed insights — just people turning caffeine into conversation and conversation into connection.

It’s not just a book club. It’s a gentle rebellion against silence. A moment to pause the noise, to rediscover presence, and to share the kind of warmth that lingers long after the cup is empty.

Because some philosophies are meant to be sipped, not studied. LIQUID THOUGHTS ON THE RAW-CKS

Thoughts & Stories on the RAW-cks • Stoic wisdom with a straw

Simplicity is not a lack — it’s a language. The kind that doesn’t shout, but lingers. It lives in the pause between words, in the silence that doesn’t need to prove anything.

Somewhere between Aristotle and Aperol, I found my kind of philosophy — not carved in marble, but scribbled on napkins at 2 a.m.: raw, funny, sticky with truth. I call it StROWicism — patience learned from shaking cocktails, empathy from serving strangers, resilience from smiling through Saturday nights.

SoulBotox is not perfection — it’s presence. Less performance, more perception. Philosophy you can sip, not just read. Laughter in the chaos, melody in the mundane. Wrinkles that tell better stories — and we make them audible.

True beauty begins where explanations end.

FROM STOICS TO STRAWICS

Stoic stories with a raw straw.

Somewhere between Aristotle and Aperol, I found my kind of philosophy — not the one carved in marble, but the one scribbled on bar napkins at 2 a.m. — raw, funny, sticky with truth.

I call it StROWicism — a school of thought for those who learned patience from shaking cocktails, empathy from serving strangers, and resilience from pretending to be fine on a Saturday night.

The ancients had eudaimonia; I had Hemingway’s Bar. Between jazz and exhaustion, I started my own podcast: PHILO:SOFA — where philosophy finally sits down, kicks off its shoes and admits it doesn’t have all the answers.

Because art, gastronomy and people-pleasing can drive you beautifully insane — unless you pause, laugh and drink your questions through a straw. That’s the SoulBotox way: less perfection, more perception.

Philosophy became something you could sip — not study. Feel — not perform. That’s how Philo:Sofa began: a conversation between tired thinkers and untamed dreamers, bartenders and poets, burnout and rebirth.

Wrinkles tell better stories — and I’m here to make them audible.

Philosophy was supposed to save my soul — turns out it just made better cocktails.

MIND THE MIND-GAP

THE SLOW ART OF STILLNESS

a slow cinematic pause between chaos and clarity

When everything around me moved too fast, I turned to stillness — not as escape, but as rebellion. A glass of something honest, a question left unanswered, and the quiet hum of a record spinning in the dark.

This is where SoulBotox began: between jazz notes and cigarette smoke, between exhaustion and ecstasy, where I learned that healing isn’t loud — it’s rhythmic.

I called it Philo:Sofa — not another podcast, but a refuge for the restless; a lounge for lost philosophers who prefer their wisdom shaken, their truths whispered, and their laughter unfiltered.

It’s not about being better — it’s about being real. About owning the cracks, dancing with your doubts, and serving your scars with a slice of lime.
