We grew up inside Hemingway’s Bar in Linz — not the quiet kind of child, but the wild one. The one that stays awake until dawn, fills the house with friends, music, laughter, heartbreak, and stories that taste like tequila & trust.
Behind the bar we studied humanity: how a stranger turns into a confidant, how a playlist softens a long day, how a single drink can carry the weight of a memory.
We learned that true luxury isn’t crystal glasses — it’s connection. It’s the art of serving presence. It’s listening without rushing. It’s the courage to say, “Sit. Tell me everything.”
After 13 years abroad, our compass pointed home. And home had a name: Limnos.
In Kaspakas — between thyme-scented air and Aegean stone — we began building not houses, but sanctuaries. Spaces that breathe with sun, salt, and stories.
Mythos Homes is our way of returning the hospitality we received. A table that fills itself with people. A terrace that glows at sunset. A kitchen that smells like Sunday. A room that knows how to hold you.
Because the truth is simple:

On Limnos, where the warmth of stone softens the courtyards and every sunset becomes a quiet prayer, we created four homes — not to impress, but to hold you. Spaces that give room and time to those who need to breathe again.
In the traditional village of Kaspakas — just above Agios Ioannis beach, ten minutes from Myrina — every evening feels like an invitation to live more authentically.
Our houses — the Stone Light Home, the Mythos Maisonette, and the Twin Studios — honor the local materials of stone, wood, and wind. Each fully equipped, with independent entrance, beautiful views, A/C, and comforts that respect simplicity.
Hospitality for us is a way of life. For 13 years we’ve lived it through Hemingway’s Cocktail & Music Bar in Austria — and now, as a family, we continue the circle here in Limnos, where everything began.

After 13+ years abroad, we returned to Limnos carrying what truly matters:

13+ Years of Hospitality
We grew up inside Hemingway’s Bar in Linz, Austria — a place that never slept, never followed the rules, and definitely never served “quiet nights.” It was our school of connection: the art of touch, the courage of listening, the beauty of stories shared at 3AM.
Behind that bar we learned more about humanity than any university could ever teach. The romantic with the half-smile. The heartbroken woman who only needed someone to listen. The dancer who spun his pain into rhythm. The lonely ones. The loud ones. The ones who pretended they were fine — and the ones who finally admitted they weren’t.
Those years shaped us. They taught us to welcome people as they are — messy, complex, beautiful. And when we returned to Limnos after more than a decade abroad, we carried that same spirit into Mythos Homes: a hospitality that begins long before “check-in” and lingers long after “goodbye.”
